Service Technician

Position Summary: To provide service on residential air conditioning and heating systems according to company standards providing the client with a high-quality experience.

Work start and end time: 8A - 5P Monday through Friday. (Weekends & Evenings as needed)

Employment Type: Full Time

Pay Scale: $15 - $25 per hour | $50 flat rate

Qualifications needed for this position:

  • 0-5 years of experience
  • NATE certified or acquire NATE certification within 12 months of employment
  • Valid driver’s license and insurable driving record
  • Willing and able to learn
  • Be familiar with a wide range of equipment and troubleshooting techniques
  • Experience making repair and replacement decisions
  • Advanced client service skills - must be personable & possess good client relation skills
  • Knowledge of basic sheet metal practices
  • Knowledge of air balancing principles and techniques
  • Must be willing to help with installs if needed

Office Assistant | Bookkeeper | Dispatcher

Position Summary: We are looking for a master multi-tasker with excellent communication skills and an upbeat attitude. Candidates should be able to assist management and all visitors to the company by handling office tasks, providing polite and professional assistance via phone, mail, and e-mail, making reservations or travel arrangements, and generally being a helpful and positive presence in the workplace. To be successful as an Office Assistant, candidates should be professional, polite, and attentive while also being accurate. They should always be prepared and responsive, willing to meet each challenge directly.

Work start and end time: 8A - 5P Monday through Friday.

Employment Type: Part Time, Full Time

Pay Scale: $13 - $15 per hour

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain positive and professional staff and client relationships; welcome and greet clients and office guests
  • Support office staff and team with general operational tasks; perform general accounting and bookkeeping duties
  • Plan and schedule meetings, presentations, and other office related events; send reminders regarding upcoming appointments
  • Suggest changes to office task workflow to improve efficiency
  • Answer phones in a professional manner and direct calls to appropriate persons or take detailed messages
  • Manage communication of information in and out of the office; type out correspondence letters, emails, memos, etc. (paper and electronic); prepare outgoing mail and packages for executives
  • Assist in preparation of presentation materials
  • Monitor office supplies; order and re-stock as needed
  • Ensure office is kept clean and organized at all times

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent required
  • 2+ years experience as an administrative assistant
  • 1+ years experience with QuickBooks software (preferred)
  • Fast, proficient, and accurate typist
  • Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Suite and other administrative programs
  • Outstanding communicator, both orally and written
  • Excellent client service skills
  • Self-starter who works well independently
  • Ability to prioritize given tasks and work efficiently towards completing them
  • Familiar with common office equipment (printers, copier, fax, etc.)
  • Detail-oriented and exceptional organizational skills
  • Experience with complex file management
  • Strong problem solver and analytical thinker
  • Professional demeanor
